A6VM80 EZ363W-VZB010B Axial Piston Variable Hydraulic Motor | Rexroth A6VM80 Series

Competitive Advantage:

1. Equipped with EZ hydraulic variable control mechanism, it has fast variable response and can maintain stable high torque output at low speed. It adapts to frequent variable load and forward/reverse working conditions of road rollers and mini excavators with smooth power output.

2. With 80cc displacement and compact overall structure, it provides strong driving force within limited installation space, facilitating the layout of construction machinery. Adopting precision internal friction pair design, it runs with low vibration and high reliability.

3. It can withstand alternating impact loads during machinery operation and has excellent fatigue resistance to adapt to harsh site conditions. Original and replacement spare parts are widely available in the market, easy for disassembly and maintenance, reducing equipment downtime losses.

The Analysis For Rexroth A6VM Piston Motor Common Breakdown:

1. Insufficient motor output torque and weak load capacity. It is mostly caused by worn valve plate and aging piston seals, leading to increased internal leakage. The motor cannot reach rated torque. The equipment lacks power during heavy-load climbing and compaction work, the operating speed drops obviously and construction tasks cannot be finished.

2. Loud abnormal noise and excessive vibration during operation. The main causes are contaminated hydraulic oil, air entering the oil circuit or bearing wear. Impurities and cavitation continuously erode the precision internal parts of the motor. Noise and vibration keep worsening, long-term operation will damage internal components and even cause motor seizure in severe cases.

3. Failure of variable adjustment, displacement cannot be switched. Stuck spool and fatigue failure of control spring inside EZ variable control mechanism prevent the motor from adjusting displacement normally. The equipment cannot adjust power on demand, resulting in high energy consumption or insufficient power under heavy load and affecting machine performance.
